IACRA is the FAA’s web-based application
used to complete the necessary paperwork for your check
ride. As you approach the day of your flight test, you and
your flight instructor can follow some easy steps to
complete your application.
Because the website is tied to other
government data, IACRA will allow me, the examiner, to
review everything online at the time of our meeting. At the
completion of your exam, I will enter the results and
forward everything online to the FAA in Oklahoma City.
IACRA eliminates errors, the paper shuffle, and expedites
the processing of your new pilot certificate!
If your flight school or FBO has high
speed internet, I would highly recommend using IACRA.
Because high speed internet is a requirement, using the
IACRA website may not be available to you. And that’s
OK….we can still do your paperwork “the old fashion way”.

be asked to create a login for future access. You may want
to have your flight instructor close by to answer any
questions, and assist you with the process.
